Instructions:
1. Add to a cup.
2. Add preferred liquid (hot liquids allow for better dissolving).
3. Stir well.
4. Enjoy.
Dosage:
Go big and dial it back. For best results, add 1-2 tsp into any daily beverage. After 3 weeks, reduce to 1/2 tsp daily. Each 100g should last 30-100 days, depending on dosing.
It is important to listen to your body and adjust your dosage according to what you think you need, and what your body is telling you.
If you are not sure, experiment.
If you are using these because of a personal condition I recommend starting with 1-2 tsp/daily for the best results, then dial it back to 1/2 tsp/daily after you start to experience the benefits. This could take anywhere from a couple of days to a few weeks. It depends on your condition and frequency of use.

Mix the extract into your hot drink, coffee, cocoa, cacao, smoothie, etc... To mask the medicinal taste, add chai mix, cinnamon, nutmeg, sweetener, or other spices you enjoy. Some traditions teach that tasting the mushroom helps inform your brain about what to do with it and where to apply it.
