Shipping

Free Shipping for domestic orders over $85.

Most orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday–Friday).

Delivery typically takes 2–7 business days once your package has shipped.

We primarily use USPS for domestic orders.

For  international shipments, customers are responsible for shipping costs and may select their preferred carrier at checkout.


Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be unopened, unused, and in like-new condition, accompanied by proof of purchase.

Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted or refunded.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if any item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus applicable fees as noted below.

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.

Refund Deductions:

For all non-defective returns, refunds will be issued minus return shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee to cover processing and handling.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

 

Exclusions

We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

For exchanges, we recommend placing a new order after your return has been accepted and processed.
