Equal Parts:

• 30% Beta-glucans Organic Hericium erinaceus extract

• 2% Erinacines Organic Hericium erinaceus mycelium extract

• 2% Hericenones Organic Hericium erinaceus Extract

Instructions:

1. Add to a cup.
2. Add preferred liquid (hot liquids allow for better dissolving).
3. Stir well.
4. Enjoy.

Dosage:

Go big and dial it back. For best results, add 1-2 tsp into any daily beverage. After 3 weeks, reduce to 1/2 tsp daily. Each 100g should last 30-100 days, depending on dosing.

Mix the extract into your hot drink, coffee, cocoa, cacao, smoothie, etc... To mask the medicinal taste, add chai mix, cinnamon, nutmeg, sweetener, or other spices you enjoy. Some traditions teach that tasting the mushroom helps inform your brain about what to do with it and where to apply it.
