Hamilton's Mushrooms Subscription Policy

By purchasing a subscription from Hamilton's Mushrooms, you authorize us to automatically charge your saved payment method according to the delivery frequency you selected at checkout. This automatic renewal is what allows us to provide a discounted subscription price.

Subscription frequency options vary by product size: 100g products ship every 1 or 2 months, 200g products every 1, 2, or 3 months, 500g products every 3, 4, or 5 months, and tinctures every 1 or 2 months. The default cadence shown at checkout is calibrated to typical consumption at the recommended dose, and you may change your frequency at any time through your customer account.

Subscription discounts vary by size: 20% off 100g and tincture products, 15% off 200g products, and 10% off 500g products. After 6 fulfilled subscription orders, your discount permanently increases by an additional 5% on all subsequent orders. This loyalty increase applies to all subscribers regardless of when the subscription was created. Skipped orders do not count toward the 6-order milestone.

You will receive an "Upcoming Subscription Order" email 4 days before each recurring charge so you can review, edit, skip, swap, or pause your subscription. Any changes must be made before the recurring order is processed. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Cancellation

For subscriptions created on or after May 4, 2026, cancellation becomes available after the first 3 orders have been fulfilled. During the first 3 orders, you may pause, skip, or swap to a different product at any time, but the cancellation option is unavailable until 3 fulfilled orders have been completed. After that, you can cancel at any time through your customer account. For subscriptions created before May 4, 2026, this requirement does not apply, and cancellation is available at any time.

All subscriptions can be managed at any time through your customer account using the "Manage Subscription" button or the link provided in your order confirmation email.

If a subscription order has already been fulfilled, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may request a partial refund provided that the item is returned in new, unopened condition in accordance with our Returns Policy.

Out-of-Stock or Backordered Items

Occasionally, certain products may temporarily run out of stock. If your subscription order cannot be fulfilled for this reason, we will notify you by email. If the item becomes available again within 30 days of the failed renewal, your order will be automatically reprocessed as a backorder and shipped immediately once inventory is restored.

Subscriptions are not eligible for "try before you buy," "pre-order," or deferred payment programs.
