“Why would you put competitors on your list?” you may be asking yourself. Because it is not about me (even though my name is the name of the list).

We aim to foster community, and help disrupt conventional capitalism by nurturing mutualism. Because “A rising tide lifts all the boats…” and we can look to kindom funga for “insporation." In what ways can we be like fungi? Creating connections and building networks is one way but also building the fertile foundations for others to thrive.

The point is to support each other in the face of the pressure to win and be the best. Maybe it's time we redefine what “best” means and what it is to “win."
