Instructions:

1. Add to a cup.
2. Add preferred liquid (hot liquids allow for better dissolving).
3. Stir well.

Dosage:

Go big and dial it back. For best results, add 1-2 tsp into any daily beverage. After 3 weeks, reduce to 1/2 tsp daily. Each 100g should last 30-100 days, depending on dosing.
