• Organic Cordyceps militaris fruit body extract (30% beta-glucans)

Reishi Rampart
• Organic Ganoderma lingzhi fruit body extract (30% beta-glucans)
• Organic Ganoderma lingzhi fruit body extract (4% triterpenes)

Instructions:

1. Add to a cup.
2. Add preferred liquid (hot liquids allow for better dissolving).
3. Stir well.
4. Enjoy.

Dosage:

Go big and dial it back. For best results, add 1-2 tsp into any daily beverage. After 3 weeks, reduce to 1/2 tsp daily. Each 100g should last 30-100 days, depending on dosing.

It is important to listen to your body and adjust your dosage according to what you think you need, and what your body is telling you.
